1. What Genre did you pick and which song are you going to work on?

We are going to work on a song by xxxtentacion called changes. We have also added another part of song as a surprise

2. Who is in your group and what is each person doing?

My Group is Me Zion and Dylan. Zion is playing piano and singing, Dylan is playing piano and singing. I will be singing.

3.What is going to be challenging about this piece?

Learning the Piano pieces for both songs and remembering them.

4. Which part of the song are you going to work on first? The vocals and then piano notes.

Slave Spirtiuals

For Social Studies my class has been looking a Slave Spirituals.

Slave Spirituals were acapella melodies that held importance to slaves. These spirituals were sung to get slaves through the day of hard work. They also held hidden message and signaled certain times and moments for slaves.
