P.E

For P.E I did my vertical workout. My goal by the end of the term is to increase my vertical.
Here is my workout 

Vertical Workout - Warmup Jump Rope
  1. Jump Squats 10 R X 4 S
  2. Calf raises 10 R X 4 S
  3. Single Calf Raises 10 R X 3 S
  4. Lateral Jumps 10 X 4 S
  5. 180 Jumps 10 R X 4 S
  6. Broad Jumps 10 R x 4 S
  7. Tuck Jumps 10 R x 4 S
  8. High Reach Jumps 7 R X 4 S
  9. i,uToe Raises 8 R X 3 S
Squats 8 R X 4 S
