P.E Reflection

Vertical Workout - Warmup Jump Rope or Run.
  1. Jump Squats 10 R X 4 S
  2. Calf raises 10 R X 4 S
  3. Single Calf Raises 10 R X 3 S
  4. Lateral Jumps 10 X 4 S
  5. 180 Jumps 10 R X 4 S
  6. Broad Jumps 10 R x 4 S
  7. Tuck Jumps 10 R x 4 S
  8. High Reach Jumps 7 R X 4 S
  9. Toe Raises 8 R X 3 S
  10. Squats 8 R X 4 S 

For P.E we have been working on 2 aspects of physical fitness keys. I have been working on these activities to work on my vertical jump. My goal is to get a higher vertical jump.
I haven't been able to progress that much as I suffered a minor injury and had to attend training's that wore me out.

It has been somewhat enjoyable as it is kind off fun.
