End of Semester D.T.E Reflection

This Reflection is about all and what I've done in D.T.E.

Term 1 For term one we were obligated to create a game that could be played, we had to create the game alone but they're were times when we had to.

Our options for game creating we're scratch and game-lab. I chose game-lab as it was an easier choice for me since I'm not too good with technology and coding.

At the start I was having a good an easy time with planning but when the time came Covid-19 struck and we had to work at home.

In the time where we had to do the work at home. I could not as I decided to work on the other subjects. Sadly I could not complete my game. Link to story . Link to plan

Overall I think I could have did better if Covid-19 did not affect learning.

Term 2 for the first part of the term we had to work as a group and create an app that could help others and the community. We went through a decent amount of brainstorming before we decided to create an alarm app.

My group was with Gregory and Caleb and our app focus was an alarm that could wake up heavy sleepers and activate they're and minds.

We researched how to make and app, and what makes a decent app. The second part was all about developing the app and doing your set job as a team.

We worked really well and logged everything in a doc and a more detailed log book in a Google Slide. Overall we did great as a team.

Overall reflection D.T.E was fun but had some complicated things to it like the development of the app. I would do it again for fun, but I probably wouldn't do it in the future as I think the complexity of the work. Log Book
