It suggests that individuals and organizations should strive to cultivate virtuous character traits and act in ways that promote the common good.
Utilitarian approach - The utilitarian approach is an ethical principle that emphasizes the importance of maximizing overall happiness or well-being. It is about weighing the costs and benefits of different actions and choosing the one that produces the most positive outcomes.
Fairness approach - The fairness approach is an ethical principle that emphasizes the importance of treating individuals fairly and impartially. It suggests that individuals and organizations should act in ways that promote fairness, equity, and justice.
