What we have made so far?
- Pita Pockets Ingredients: 1 Pita Casing, Lettuce, Cheese, Tomato, Grated Cheese, 1/4 onions, 1t oil, Sauces - Tomato, BBQ, Mayo, Hummus and Chilli and 70g of Chicken
- Vegetable Nachos Ingredients: I sadly do no have this recipe
- Chicken Stir Fry - Ingredients: 70g Chicken, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3-4 pieces of broccoli, 1 zucchini, 2T sesame oil, 1 pkt 2min noodles.
All of these meals have a very good nutritional balance I recommend trying all of them.
My favorite meal we have made was the vegetable nachos as it had good taste and was very enjoyable, the other meals we had made were also enjoyable but they didnt satisfy me.

For this weeks cooking we made apple crumble as it had a good healthy fibre amount.

- 40g butter.
- 1/2 c oats.
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 T desiccated coconut
- 1/4 t mixed spice or cinnamon
- 2-3 granny smith.
