We have been looking at animal adaptations and how they help them survive in the wild! I chose the wolf paw for my adaptation. I created a clay model of a wolf paw. I have also found some information about it.
Facts
- Wolf tracks can be found in almost any terrain (except on rocks..) Usually a wolf would keep it's tracks in a straight line if it's deep, usually only in snow.
- Wolves have pads to keep their paws safe, pads are an extra tough skin so they may go where they please. A wolf pad could be cut, it is possible, but if it does not get fixed it could get infected.Adult wolves have large feet.
- A fully grown wolf would have a paw print nearly 13 centimetres long and 10 centimetres wide
- A wolf track is not as big as it's paw, because they have pads.
The paw created was very detailed . Your facts about the wolf paw were very informative. The next time you could add a photo of a real wolf paw.

DeleteI really like your model Aron, it is very detailed and I can tell you have put a lot of time and thought into your model. I found your facts interesting especially about the size of the paw. I suggest that you make the writing a little bigger as it is a little hard for my old eyes to read! Keep up the awesome work Aron!
